Suffolk County is our home. Zerone International LLC is based in Farmingville, in the Town of Brookhaven, and we work with small businesses across the county, from Babylon and Huntington in the west to Riverhead and the East End.
Suffolk is a large county, and that shapes how local businesses work. A plumber, landscaper or electrician may drive from Smithtown to Patchogue to Mastic in a single day. Many owners spend most of their hours on job sites or in a truck, not at a desk. When a customer calls, the owner is often under a sink, on a roof or behind the wheel. Customers, meanwhile, search on their phones for someone "near me" and call the first business that looks trustworthy and answers. If no one picks up, many simply try the next name on the list.
Search results here are also very local. Someone in Islip searching for a dentist or an auto shop expects results close to home, not two towns over. An accurate Google Business Profile with the right service area, hours and photos matters as much as the website itself.
How we help businesses in Suffolk County
- Contractors and home services across a wide area. If you serve customers from Huntington to Riverhead without a storefront, we set up your Google Business Profile as a service-area business and build a mobile-friendly website that lists the towns you actually cover, with "Call" and "Request a quote" buttons that work with one thumb.
- Calls you cannot take on the job. Our AI phone assistant, Ava, answers your calls 24/7, says that it is an AI, takes the details, books appointments and texts you anything urgent. On the Growth plan, missed-call text-back sends the caller a text with a link to book, so the job does not go to the next contractor. Read more in our guide on missed calls for small businesses.
- Reviews that reflect your work. After each job, every customer gets a short, polite review request with a link. We draft replies to new reviews for you to approve, so your profile stays active even during a busy week.
- Repetitive office work. Quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, and moving form requests into a spreadsheet or calendar can often be handled with automation and bots. If you need something bigger, such as a customer portal or scheduling tool, we also build web applications and mobile apps.
- Seasonal businesses on the North and South Fork. Farm stands, wineries, marinas and rental businesses on the East End often need different hours, menus and messages in summer and winter. We keep your website and profile updated as the season changes.
How working with us works
Because we are in Farmingville, we can meet you in person almost anywhere in Suffolk County, at your shop, your office or a coffee place nearby. If you prefer, everything can also be handled in writing by e-mail, text or chat. Many owners like that, because they can reply in the evening after work.
- We look at what your customers see today: your listing, your website (if you have one) and how easy it is to reach you.
- You get a written proposal with a clear price before any work starts.
- We build it, show it to you, and only then put it live.
- Each month we handle small edits, check that everything works and send a short report.
Monthly plans start at $149 a month for Starter (website and Google Business Profile care) and $249 a month for Growth (adds review requests, reply drafts, a booking form and missed-call text-back). See all prices. Prices do not include applicable sales tax.
We also work with businesses in neighboring Nassau County, in the Hamptons, and across New York City, including Manhattan.
Questions from Suffolk County business owners
Do you really meet in person?
Yes. We are based in Farmingville, so meetings in Brookhaven, Islip, Smithtown, Babylon, Huntington or Riverhead are easy to arrange. Further out on the East End, we can meet in person or handle everything in writing, whichever suits you.
I don't have a shop. Can I still show up on Google Maps?
Yes. Google lets businesses that visit customers, such as contractors and cleaners, hide their address and show a service area instead. We set that up correctly and list the towns you serve.
Will Ava pretend to be a person?
No. Ava says at the start of the call that it is an AI assistant. It takes messages, answers common questions and books appointments. It is not an emergency service. You can hear it yourself by calling our own line.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. Sometimes the existing site only needs fixes so it works on phones and loads quickly. We tell you honestly what we see in the free review, and you decide.
