Who is responsible
Zerone International LLC, Farmingville, New York, United States, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. You can reach us through the contact page.
Data you send us
When you use our contact or waiting-list form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, e-mail address, company and message. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare a proposal.
Forms are delivered through Formspree, a form-processing service that acts on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, API keys or sensitive customer data through the form.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your e-mail address and the date of your consent and use them only to send you new articles and occasional company news. Every e-mail contains a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time.
Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the website securely.
If we enable website statistics, we use a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not build personal profiles.
Payments
When you pay an invoice, Stripe, Square or PayPal process your payment details as independent providers. We receive a confirmation with your name, e-mail address and the amount paid, and keep it for accounting as required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as long as required by law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or Californian law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
AI sales assistant
If you use the chat assistant on our website, your messages and any file you attach are processed by Anthropic (the provider of the AI model) and Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection) to answer you. We do not store conversations or files: the conversation stays in your browser until you close the tab. To prevent abuse, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address together with message counters for up to 24 hours. If you choose to send the conversation to our team, or leave your contact details in the chat, we receive them to answer your request.
YouTube API Services
We publish our own company videos on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@zeroneinternational) with an internal tool that uses the YouTube API Services. The tool works only with the Zerone International channel, with our own authorization. It does not access, collect or store data of other YouTube users or of visitors to this website.
Data the tool uses: our channel's name and ID, and the videos we upload (title, description, thumbnail, playlist and processing status). The access token is stored encrypted and used only to publish and correct our own videos. We do not sell or share this data.
When you watch our videos on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.
Authorization can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page (third-party connections). After revocation, or if you ask us, we delete the stored token and any related data within 7 days. Contact us through the contact page with any question or deletion request.
