- hosting, security and backups;
- up to 4 small edits a month (new hours, prices, photos);
- your Google Business Profile kept accurate: hours, categories, services and photos;
- a short monthly report in plain words.
What it replaces: a web designer, a separate hosting bill, and chasing someone every time your hours change.
The math: for a $35 haircut, about 5 extra customers a month cover it. For a $300 repair, one extra job covers two months.
Growth — $249 a month
Setup: $499 (half when you order, half when everything is live)
You get everything in Starter, plus:
- a review request after every job, sent to all of your customers (by e-mail; by text message once your carrier registration is approved);
- reply drafts for every new review, ready for you to approve;
- an online booking or quote form that reaches you instantly;
- missed-call text-back: callers you couldn't answer get a text with a link to book or ask. Text-message features need a carrier registration for your business, which usually takes 2–4 weeks. Until then, the plan runs without them.
What it replaces: remembering to ask every customer for a review, and calling back everyone who got your voicemail.
Why it matters:
- 97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses, and 74% look for reviews written in the last three months (BrightLocal, 2026).
- 80% are more likely to use a business that replies to all of its reviews (BrightLocal, 2026).

AI phone assistant — add-on
+$149 a month on top of either plan, including 300 call minutes. Extra minutes $0.25 each.
An AI assistant answers your calls around the clock. It says that it is an AI assistant, answers common questions, takes messages, books appointments and texts you anything urgent. Good to know
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, tell us in writing within 14 days after your first monthly payment and we refund that month's fee. The setup fee is not refunded once the work is delivered.
- Pay yearly, get 2 months free. Pay 12 months in advance and pay for 10.
- Founding client offer. For our first 5 clients, we waive the setup fee in return for permission to show your new website in our portfolio. Nothing else is asked: no reviews, no testimonials.
- What stays yours. Your domain, your Google Business Profile and your accounts are always in your business's name.
- How you pay. Through secure payment pages from Stripe, Square or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- No surprises. Larger changes beyond the small edits are quoted in writing before we start. Full details are in our terms.
